All returns require prior authorization and inspection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with voluntary returns.

7. Electrical Equipment Warranty

Qualifying electrical barber equipment purchased from Lara Barber Supply includes 30 calendar days of direct warranty assistance for verified manufacturing defects, beginning on the original delivery date.

This applies to eligible clippers, trimmers, shavers, and other qualifying electrical machines.

Warranty requests are subject to review and verification.

The direct warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or ordinary wear and tear.

After the first 30 days, customers should contact the corresponding product manufacturer for additional warranty assistance, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and applicable legal requirements.

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand and product.

This provision does not limit statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
